SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders placed through www.newmetalcrafts.com are available for pick up upon completion at our showroom location in Chicago. Customer Service will contact you once your order is packed and ready.
We ship anywhere in the United States. Carriers may vary depending on destination. We ship via United Parcel Service unless otherwise requested. If you have an account with a shipping carrier, please provide our shipping department with your account # prior to order completion.
UPS shipments:
Your freight will be quoted once the goods are packed and weighed and based on your shipping destination. Your freight charges will be included with your final invoice and due upon order completion.
Truck Freight:
All oversized items that cannot ship via regular service will be sent UPS Freight. Freight charges only will be C.O.D. You may elect to have a 24 hour before call with the expect freight charges to be collected. Most forms of payment are accepted.
New Metal Crafts Delivery:
New Metal Crafts has its own delivery truck for Chicago and vicinity. Some special arrangements can be made for areas in Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan and Indiana. Delivery rates are based on location and shipment size.
Special Handling:
Large or fragile goods may require special packing or crating depending on method of delivery. Charges will be discussed at the time of order entry with destination information provided. Some fixtures will be disassembled for safe delivery. Crystals and glass is always removed and packed separately.
Processing:
All orders placed through the website will be processed and confirmed via phone within 1 business day. Due to the large selection of product we offer, it is impossible to stock every item and finish. Lead times vary depending on the product. New Metal Craft catalog items, antiques and imports can in most cases be available within approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Custom items have a typical lead time of 12-16 weeks but also depend on the nature of the product being manufactured. The availability of items ordered from any of the nationally distributed lines we represent is unique to that vendor and range depending on their stock. We will do our best to accommodate a target delivery date. You may contact customer service in advance to inquire about current availability. Otherwise, please note all lead times provided are our best estimate and do not constitute any guarantee on the part of New Metal Crafts, Inc. New Metal Crafts, Inc. will not be held responsible for expedited shipping charges stemming from manufacturers’ errors or delays in production. Customer service will alert you to any back orders we are made aware of.
